Who can join
Every mountain service, one account
Register once and offer any of these. Each one earns on its own and pays out to its own keeper.
Gate keeper
Manage a gateway: set quotas, prices, foreign & age tiers, and medical-checkup rules. You earn on the trip and insurance.
Basecamp host
Offer lodging near a gate with amenities and per-night pricing. You earn on the nights hikers book.
Clinic partner
Provide the medical checkup a gate requires. You earn the checkup fee for each hiker you clear.
Guide & porter
Apply as a guide, porter or open-trip provider at your gates. You earn on every service a hiker adds.
Getting started
How to register and use the app
Five steps from a fresh account to your first payout.
-
1
Create your account
Sign up with your e-mail and verify your identity by scanning your ID — the same one-tap flow every hiker uses. Two-factor login keeps your account safe.
-
2
Become a keeper or apply as a partner
Ask the platform to onboard your gate — you become a keeper the moment your gateway, basecamp or clinic is assigned to you. Guides and porters apply themselves at Partner Program, reviewed by that gate's keeper.
-
3
Set up your spot
From Spots you build your gate without touching the back office: daily quotas, weekday/weekend pricing, foreign & age-range tiers, basecamp amenities, clinic services and medical-checkup rules.
-
4
Receive and manage bookings
Hikers book and pay online. You see your paid trips under Hikers, scan tickets and clear medical checkups at the gate (works offline), and record the trip status — booked, on the mountain, returned — with photos.
-
5
Get paid to your bank
Add and verify your bank account once. Your share of every paid booking is recorded on the Finance page — gross, commission and net — and transferred after settlement. No invoicing, no chasing.
The split
How the app, the gateway and the keeper share a booking
The gateway generates the booking; the app takes its commission; you keep the rest. Here is a worked example — every number below is adjustable and the page recomputes it live.
The example booking
| Trip · 5 hikers × Rp 150.000 | Rp 750.000 |
| Insurance · 5 hikers × Rp 20.000 | Rp 100.000 |
| What the hiker pays (gateway gross) | Rp 850.000 |
The keeper's gross is trip plus insurance — exactly what the payout engine pays the gate keeper. This example runs 2 days.

Questions
Before you start
Is there a joining or monthly fee?
No. Registering is free and there is no subscription. The platform only earns the commission shown above, and only when a hiker actually pays.
What exactly is the commission taken on?
On your gross for the booking — the trip plus insurance for a gate keeper, the nights for a basecamp, the checkup fee for a clinic, or the service for a guide/porter. Each keeper's commission is set per record and can differ.
When and how do I get paid?
Every paid booking creates an earning on your Finance page. After the payment settles, your net — gross minus commission — is transferred to the bank account you verified. You can always see what is paid and what is pending.
Who sets the prices and quotas?
You do, from the Spots page: weekday/weekend and specific-date prices, foreign and age-range tiers, daily quotas, and whether a medical checkup or basecamp is required.
What about VAT and transfer fees?
A transfer fee may apply per payout, and VAT (PPN) can apply on the commission depending on configuration. Both are shown transparently in the split above and on your Finance page — nothing is hidden.
